My uncle works as a dentist and has the sweet pick on Condos due to his dad in law being one of the founders. Say the word, and I'm down like a clown charlie b...b...b..brown! My parents are actually flying out there in about 4 days to do some spring skiing. Unfortunately, Shelly can't ski anymore due to the whole baby thing and all, otherwise we'd be on our way too.

Appreciate the beer, as always, sir... indeed social networking and the internet has made the distance both physically and communicative...uh...ly... far lesser. But still, instead of buying the ticket to hang out in the PHS gym and listen to Everclear awkwardly, I'd rather spend the cash to fly back and head up to the mountains with you, Bryan, Ben, and a handful of all the other people that made high school fun.

Reunion Musings

To rehash the Grosse Pointe Blank discussion of yore: "You know, when you started getting invited to your ten year high school reunion, time is catching up. " "Are you talking about a sense of my own mortality or a fear of death?" "Well, I never really thought about it quite like that." "Did you go to yours?" "Yes, I did. It was just as if everyone had swelled." And to your point, while tossing back a cold one with friends long past is definitely a good time, this whole social networking scene is making these things less of a "must do" since you can pretty much contact everyone you want to speak to that way. Too bad you don't have a :beer: smiley or I'd hoist one of those for ya too.
