Craig Robinson, John Cusack, time-traveling, half-naked women, and the glorious 1980's...

Why are we not talking about this? :P

Despite the awful trailers and TV spots, I'm still stoked to see this... on paper, it sounds awesome, but man is that greenband trailer flat.

The first time I saw the green band trailer was last week during the commercials in between "Lost". My first thought was that this looks ridiculous, but five seconds later I realized how awesome this has the potential to be.

I'm a sucker for the dude too, but War Inc. was a total mess. And still haven't seen 2012 yet...

Wasn't he in the Natty Gann movie too? That was cool as a kid but bet it didn't age well.

heard 2012 was hilariously funny, one of the best comedies of the year even.

I saw HTTM with my one of my female friends and we enjoyed the shit out of this movie! What do you get when you cross Back to the Future with The Hangover? What we saw last night. Haha!

But honestly, the movie worked in all its 80's glee and crass absurdity. I have not laughed out loud at a movie in years. Not forced laughter either. I'm talking about the kind of laughter that emanates from the core of your soul and the hair on the fun place God gave ya'. I should have known that Steve Pink, the director and co-producer of "High Fidelity", "Gross Point Blank", and "Accepted" wouldn't let us down. Anyway, I won't spoil a damn thing, just see the movie

I will say this though, Hot Tub Time Machine's title intro pays homage to a certain film from the 80's that we all grew up watching.

What was amazing was all the references to 80s movies and abundance of stars in the film. I picked Crispin Glover off straight away, but I had no idea that the hustler in the film was the bully in Karate Kid.

Aw, I didn't wanna spoil it. LOL! You're right CeeJ, the hustler was William "Sweep the Leg, Johnny" Zabka. I was hoping upon hope that someone in the background would have shouted "NO MERCY!"
